Job summary

Places for People is hiring a friendly Night Concierge for Camden Goods Yard in London. You’ll be the first point of contact for residents and visitors, delivering excellent service while keeping the building safe and pleasant to live in.

You’ll work Nights 7pm–7am on a 4 on 4 off rolling rota, performing building checks, handling queries and emergencies, monitoring CCTV, managing deliveries, and logging keys. The role rewards reliability, professionalism and proactive problem solving.

Qualifications

  • Front of House/concierge experience in high-end residential buildings or developments
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Calm, courteous, and professional under pressure
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Honest, reliable, punctual, and well-presented
  • Able to use initiative and prioritise workload
  • Confident handling complaints and difficult situations

Responsibilities

Job description

We're looking for a professional and personable Night Concierge to join our team at RMG. As the first point of contact for residents and visitors, you'll be the welcoming face of the development, delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring the building remains a safe, secure, and pleasant place to live.

Working Pattern

Nights 4 on 4 off rolling rota – 7 PM to 7 AM

What You'll Be Doing
