Places for People is seeking a Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of residential blocks and estates. You will work from home near Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire and Leicestershire, with regular visits to Birmingham and Northwich for meetings and training.
You will manage service charges, budgets, and major works, ensuring compliance with Building Safety Act and Section 20 rules, while maintaining strong relationships with RMCs, residents, and developers.
