Qualifications

• 4-5 years' experience in a network & security support role.
• Experience with SD-WAN, Firewalls, Routing (OSPF/BGP), ISP management.
• Proficient in incident handling and change management practices.
• Ability to produce high-quality documentation for internal knowledge sharing.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced support for network and security incidents & service requests.
• Lead implementation of change requests and project tasks.
• Maintain and upgrade software/hardware and resolve P1/P2 incidents.
• Troubleshoot complex networking/security issues across customer environments.
• Manage ISP circuits and liaise with providers as needed.
• Maintain high-quality documentation and share knowledge within the team.
