Job summary

Alor Healthcare provides high-quality care at Campsie View Care Home in Kirkintilloch. We are seeking a Clinical Unit Manager to oversee the day-to-day clinical operation of the unit and lead the nursing team to deliver safe, person-centred care.

You will monitor clinical standards, medication management and care planning, mentoring colleagues and ensuring governance compliance. Night shifts available on a full-time basis to support residents and staff.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with active NMC PIN
• Experience in a care home or healthcare environment
• Proven leadership experience in a clinical setting
• Strong knowledge of governance, compliance and high standards of care

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day clinical operations of the unit
• Support nurses and care teams to deliver safe, person-centred care
• Monitor clinical standards and medication management
• Oversee care planning and ensure compliance
• Mentor colleagues and lead the clinical team
• Collaborate with Home Manager to maintain safe and effective operations
