Job summary

Lunardi Court Care Home in Cupar, Fife, is seeking a Deputy Manager (RGN/RMN/LDN) to lead clinical care and operations with the Home Manager. The post requires strong nursing leadership, regulatory awareness and a commitment to person-centred care for residents.

You will work 38.5 hours per week at £24.57 per hour, enjoy PVG pension and uniform; 5.6 weeks annual leave on a full-time contract, and contribute to a supportive, professional team dedicated to exceptional resident wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with active NMC PIN.
• Previous leadership experience in a care home or clinical setting.
• Strong clinical knowledge including audits, care planning and medication management.

Lunardi Court Care Home, located in Cupar, Fife, provides high quality Residential, Nursing, Dementia and Respite Care in a warm and welcoming environment. Deputy Manager(RGN/RMN/LDN) Contract

• £24.57 per hour
• 38.5 hours per week, with 2 days working alongside the Home Manager and 2 days supporting in a clinical nursing capacity.
• Paid PVG pension and uniform provided
• 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full time contract)

Balancing hands on leadership with operational oversight, you will provide guidance and support to colleagues, help maintain regulatory compliance, oversee care planning and ensure residents continue to receive compassionate, high quality care within a safe and supportive environment.
