Job summary

Campsie View Care Home in Kirkintilloch, part of ALOR HEALTHCARE LIMITED, is seeking a Clinical Unit Manager to lead the unit's clinical operation and ensure safe, person-centred care.

You will monitor standards, support medication management and care planning, mentor staff, and maintain compliance. The ideal candidate is a Registered Nurse with an active NMC PIN and proven leadership experience in a care setting.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse qualification with active NMC PIN is essential.
• Previous nursing experience within a care home or healthcare environment is essential.
• Previous experience leading, supervising or managing teams within a clinical setting is required.
• Strong clinical knowledge with confidence supporting medication management, care planning and clinical decision making.
• Good understanding of clinical governance, compliance and maintaining high standards of care delivery.
• Professional, compassionate and dependable leadership approach with genuine commitment to exceptional care.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day clinical operation of the unit and support nurses and care teams to deliver safe, effective and person-centred care.
• Monitor clinical standards and support medication management.
• Oversee care planning, mentor colleagues, and ensure compliance standards are maintained.
• Collaborate with Home Manager and leadership team to promote high quality care and staff development.

Campsie View offers a varied level of nursing care - whether this is just assistance with everyday living or more complex care needs for up to 90 residents, situated in the quiet area of Kirkintilloch.

Clinical Unit Manager Contract

• £21.42 per hour
• Full Time
• Paid PVG, pension and uniform provided
• 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full time contract)
