Job summary

Campsie View Care Home in Kirkintilloch is seeking a Clinical Unit Manager to lead the day-to-day clinical operations of your unit. You will support nurses and care teams to deliver safe, person-centred care and maintain high clinical standards.

You will monitor medication management, oversee care planning, mentor staff, and ensure governance and compliance. Night shifts are available and a competitive hourly rate is offered.

Qualifications

• Qualified Registered Nurse with active NMC PIN.
• Proven leadership in a clinical care setting.
• Strong knowledge of clinical governance and compliance.
• Experience leading nursing teams in care home or healthcare.
• Expertise in medication management and care planning.

Clinical Unit Manager Contract

• £21.42 per hour
• Full Time
• Nightshift available
• Paid PVG, pension and uniform provided
• 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full time contract)
