Job summary

Benarty View Care Home in Kelty, Fife, is seeking a Deputy Manager to lead clinical and operational standards, ensure person‑centred care, and maintain regulatory compliance across the home.

You will work with the Home Manager to mentor staff, oversee care planning and audits, and balance hands‑on leadership with strategic oversight to secure exceptional resident wellbeing. This role offers 37.5 hours per week at £24.57 per hour and includes paid PVG, pension and uniform.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with active NMC PIN is essential.

Deputy Manager Contract

• £24.57 per hour
• 37.5 hours per week - Mix of Nursing and supernumary hours
• Paid PVG, pension and uniform provided
• 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full time contract)
