TCFM is seeking a Team Leader to manage an on-site cleaning team at a busy distribution centre in Rossington. You will supervise operatives, ensure schedules are met and maintain service standards within budget.

The role requires strong communication, team leadership, and a solid understanding of Health and Safety and COSHH. You will train staff, manage handovers and contribute to client satisfaction with a proactive approach.

Qualifications

• Experience in supervising a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of Health and Safety and COSHH regulations.
