Job summary

Rudding Park is seeking a Night Spa Cleaner to join our team in Harrogate. You will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene and presentation across the spa, creating a welcoming and relaxing environment for guests and colleagues.

The role is full-time (40 hours per week, 5 days over 7) with opportunities for career development and benefits within a luxury hotel setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role is desirable.
• Good knowledge of housekeeping processes and procedures is desirable.
• Basic English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service allocated areas to the highest standards of cleanliness – Saunas, Steam Rooms, Changing rooms & showers, Treatment rooms, Public bathrooms, Pool area and Roof Top Spa.
• Clean and service allocated areas to the highest standards of cleanliness – M&E Public areas and Restaurants.
• Comply with health and safety and COSHH requirements, ensuring correct signage and products are used in correct areas.
• Ensure Cleaning store cupboards are kept orderly and replenished to the correct levels with cleaning materials.
• Ensure that all corridors and public areas are kept clean and tidy ensuring that equipment does not block any thoroughfares.
• Report lost property via the proper procedure.
• Maintain the highest levels of security ensuring that the Spa is secured after cleaning, keys are kept secure at all times and immediately reporting any suspicious behaviour or characters.
• Report any faults of equipment to maintenance immediately and also any faults within guest/staff areas.
• Undertake any periodic and special cleaning requirements as necessary.

In return for your hard work and commitment we offer

• Enhanced pay- 50p per hour for evening work after 7pm (Sunday - Thursday), £1 per hour for weekend day work until 7pm (Saturdays and Sundays), £1.50 per hour for evenings from 7pm (Friday and Saturdays)
• Service Charge (Tronc) earn up to an additional £5,000 per year
• Company sick pay for up to 4 weeks
