Job summary

Rudding Park in Harrogate is seeking enthusiastic, positive and energetic spa therapists who thrive on creating moments guests will remember. You will deliver the treatment menu to day guests, members and residents, provide warm, consistent service, and offer homecare and skincare advice through product recommendations.

Join a privately-owned luxury hotel with a renowned spa, 90 bedrooms, multiple restaurants and a strong focus on guest experience.

Qualifications

• Possess a warm and positive attitude, with a caring and dedicated approach.
• Elemis or other brand training desirable.
• Recognised beauty therapy qualification (e.g. NVQ Level 3 / BTEC in Beauty Therapy, CIDESCO etc.)

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding guest experience through delivery of the treatment menu to day guests, members, residents and VIP guests.
• To work as part of a team, ensuring guest satisfaction, delivering an outstanding service to all guests.
• Undertake reception and administration duties if required.
• To ensure that all safety precautions and spa rules are observed by team members, members and spa clients to ensure safety is maintained at all times whilst using the spa.
• To ensure that sales tools are effectively utilised at all times to maximise the sales process.
