Rudding Park in Canada, British Columbia is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our M&E Kitchen Team. You will run a kitchen section, train junior chefs, and deliver high-quality food for events ranging from meetings to weddings.

We are searching for a Chef de Partie to join our M&E Kitchen Team, who can hit the ground running in our kitchen. You will have the opportunity to gain experience across a variety of events and food styles, catering for everything from business meetings and conferences to weddings, marquees, birthdays, funerals and staff food.

You will be expected to run a service within the kitchen and manage junior team members to ensure the food goes out to the highest standard

Key Responsibilities

• Train junior chefs to work to expected standards

• Experience of working in a busy kitchen and thrive under pressure.
• Can deal with deliveries and stock rotation
• Maintain kitchen hygiene standard at all times
• Following all health & safety / COSHH protocol

In return for your hard work and commitment we offer:

• Enhanced pay - 50p per hour for evening work after 7pm (Sunday - Thursday), £1 per hour for weekend day work until 7pm (Saturdays and Sundays), £1.50 per hour for evenings from 7pm (Friday and Saturdays)
• Service Charge (Tronc) earn up to an additional £5,000 per year
