Job summary

Rudding Park is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our kitchen brigade at our luxury hotel. You will hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment, running a service and guiding junior team members to uphold the highest standards.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of dishes using fresh and local produce.
• Run a section/function within the kitchen.
• Train junior chefs to work to expected standards.
• Deliver high-quality food for our guests.
• Work across all kitchens within the Rudding Park estate.
• Maintain kitchen hygiene and follow health & safety protocols.
• Manage deliveries and stock rotation.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure excellent service.

We are searching for a Chef de Partie to join our team, who can hit the ground running in our kitchen.

You will be expected to run a service within the kitchen and manage junior team members to ensure the food goes out to the highest standard

• Taking pride in being responsible for helping to deliver high-quality food for our guests
• Working across all kitchens within the Rudding Park estate, helping you get an understanding of the whole business
• Working well in a busy kitchen and thrive under pressure.
• Team player and who can respectfully communicate to the team

• Experience of working in a busy kitchen and thrive under pressure.
• Can deal with deliveries and stock rotation
• Maintain kitchen hygiene standard at all times

In return for your hard work and commitment we offer:

• Enhanced pay- 50p per hour for evening work after 7pm (Sunday - Thursday), £1 per hour for weekend day work until 7pm (Saturdays and Sundays), £1.50 per hour for evenings from 7pm (Friday and Saturdays)
• Service Charge (Tronc) earn up to an additional £5,000 per year
