BaxterStorey is seeking a skilled Night Chef de Partie for Amazon NCL2 in Billingham. Join a dynamic contract catering team with a 7:30 PM to 3:30 AM shift, 37.5 hours per week, and a competitive £15.50/hour rate.

We value creativity, precision, and pride in every dish as you lead night service. You'll bring proven fresh food preparation skills and a strong HACCP knowledge, along with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced kitchen.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in fresh food preparation.
• Excellent understanding of HACCP and food safety practices.
• Strong time management and attention to detail.
• Passion for flavour and quality presentation.
• Ability to work independently during night service.

Responsibilities

• Food Preparation – cook dishes per recipes and maintain food safety.
• Station Management – supervise your station and keep area stocked.
• Quality Control – ensure high standards of taste and presentation.
• Team Collaboration – support colleagues across the kitchen.
• Menu Development – assist head chef with new recipes and ideas.
• Cleaning and Maintenance – keep the kitchen area clean and safe.
