Job summary

StarCity Entertainment in Birmingham is seeking a CCTV Operator to join our centre security team. You will monitor CCTV, respond to incidents, and support ground staff to keep guests, staff, and contractors safe during nights and peak periods.

A valid SIA Public Space Surveillance CCTV licence is required. Working hours are 42 per week on a 4 on 4 off rota, 12-hour nights, with a pay rate of £13.98 per hour, plus access to the Benefits Booklet.

Qualifications

• SIA Public Space Surveillance (CCTV) licence is required.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Health & Safety compliance knowledge.
• Ability to work under pressure and respond to incidents.

Responsibilities

• Monitor CCTV cameras and identify incidents.
• Communicate effectively with on-ground staff and Operations Centre.
• Record and log injuries, incidents, and H&S issues.
• Assist with contractor management and site procedures.
