Swissport Cargo station at Stansted Airport seeks a front desk receptionist. You will be the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring a professional, efficient experience and providing essential local administrative support.

This full-time role operates 4 on/4 off late shifts (18:45–06:00). You will handle face-to-face and phone inquiries, cash invoicing, data entry into Excel and internal systems, and processing documents for deliveries and collections, while adhering to airport security

Qualifications

• GCSEs or equivalent required.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Flexible to work a variety of shifts (days, evenings, nights, weekends, holidays).
• Willingness to work in inclement weather.
• Able to travel to the airport when public transport is limited.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Previous experience in aviation is a plus.
