Sanctuary Care is seeking a Care Team Leader for Ivydene Residential and Nursing Home in Ivybridge, Devon. You will support residents’ wellbeing, lead a team, and deliver personalised care according to individual care plans. This is a night-shift role, 39 hours per week, at £15.34 per hour.

Competenze

• Care experience is desirable (NVQ3/SVQ3 in Social Care or equivalent).
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
