Sanctuary Care is seeking a Care Team Leader to manage nights at Ravenhurst Residential Care Home, Stourport-on-Severn. The role is 39 hours per week at £15.34 per hour, leading a caring team and ensuring residents receive personalised care aligned with care plans.

You will support activities, guide junior staff, and contribute to a compassionate, respectful environment recognised for staff development and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Experience in care (NVQ3/SVQ3 in Social Care or equivalent is desirable)
• Ability to communicate clearly and work flexibly
• Team player who values collaboration
• Kindness and genuine interest in older people
• Commitment to treating everyone with dignity and respect
