Job summary

Sanctuary Care is hiring a Care Team Leader for Lake View Residential Care Home in Brookside, Telford, Shropshire TF3 1LB. You will lead night shifts, support residents, and coordinate a team to deliver personalised care aligned with each care plan.

The role requires promoting wellbeing, delivering activities, and mentoring Care Assistants. 39 hours per week, nights, with competitive rewards and a supportive, inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• NVQ3/SVQ3 in Social Care or equivalent desirable.
• Experience in care setting desirable.
• Ability to communicate clearly and work flexibly.
