Job summary

Sanctuary Care is looking for a dedicated Care Team Leader to join Wantage Nursing Home in Wantage, Oxfordshire. You will lead care delivery, support residents to feel at home, and guide Care Assistants in a compassionate, person-centred approach.

The role is a day position with 44 hours per week at £15.54 per hour. Sanctuary Care values development, not-for-profit ethos, and a culture of dignity and respect for all residents and staff.

Qualifications

• Experience in care is desirable (NVQ3/SVQ3 in Social Care or equivalent).
• Good communication and flexibility are essential.
• Team player who values collaboration.
• Empathy and genuine interest in older people.
• Commitment to dignity and respect for all.
