Job summary

Agincare is seeking a Night Care Team Leader at Bluegrove care home in the UK. You will lead by example, delivering high-quality care, supporting residents with daily living, and promoting wellbeing within a warm, home-like environment.

This role requires leadership, compassionate care, and the ability to coordinate a care team, including medication oversight and collaboration with families and health professionals. Night shifts from 20:00 to 08:15.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years' experience in social care.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example, providing high-quality care and companionship.
• Support residents with personal care and daily living.
• Encourage independence and wellbeing.
• Plan and take part in meaningful activities and outings.
• Oversee medication administration and accurate record-keeping.
