Qualifications

• Experience in care environments is desirable but not essential.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
• Good communication with residents and colleagues.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform cleaning tasks.
• Right to work in the UK; sponsorship not provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing individual care plans including nutrition and continence.
• Assist residents with dressing, undressing, bathing and toilet.
• Help residents with mobility and use of aids.
• Care for residents who are sick or dying.
• Make beds, tidy rooms, light cleaning, and empty commodes.
• Promote activities and social engagement for residents.
• Ensure food hygiene and health and safety regulations are followed.
• Answer call bells, greet visitors, and manage front-of-house duties.
• Liaise with Care Home Manager and social services as needed.
• Manage petty cash and residents' funds with accuracy.
