Job summary

Autism Initiatives is hiring a Support Worker for waking nights in Southport. You will join a friendly team at a Supported Living service, helping autistic adults to live more independently. The role involves night duties, personal care when required, and maintaining the residents' routines and environment.

Full training provided, no prior experience required, and a structured progression path. The job includes DBS, holiday entitlement, and other staff benefits as part of a comprehensive support

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Support autistic adults to live as independently as possible.
• Promote health and wellbeing and support them to maintain their home; may include some cleaning duties.
• Provide personal care as needed and build a trusting rapport with residents.
• Offer flexible and patient support during night shifts (22:00–08:00).
