Prime Life is seeking a Night Support Worker to provide compassionate care to residents at Southfield House, Brigg. The role involves companionship, personal care, and assisting with daily living activities while promoting independence.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support to residents.
• Assist residents with personal care and daily living activities.
• Encourage participation in decisions about daily living.
• Assist with meals and support independent meal preparation.
• Support residents in recreational activities and routines.
• Collaborate with professionals on care plans.
