Job summary

Prime Life Ltd are seeking compassionate Night Support Workers to join a dedicated team. The role is based at Mill House, Fakenham, Norfolk, supporting 31 residents with a range of needs, including dementia. Shifts run 8pm–8am across a 7-day week, with full training provided and a supportive environment.

Benefits include fully funded DBS, comprehensive holiday pay, and a Refer a Friend scheme up to £250. Prior care experience is welcome but not required.

Qualifications

• Genuine caring nature and a desire to make a real difference for residents.
• Previous experience in care is desirable but not essential as full training is provided.
• Patience, understanding and respect for individual abilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Encouraging residents to achieve the highest quality of life suitable for them.
• Providing companionship and emotional and practical support.
• Assisting residents in daily living decisions and personal care.
• Supporting participation in recreational activities and mealtimes.
• Helping residents settle for a comfortable night’s sleep.
