Prime Life is seeking passionate Night Care Assistants to join our friendly team at St Michaels Care Centre in Waddington, Lincolnshire. The role covers night welfare checks, personal care, and supporting residents with meals and mobility, while offering companionship.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Care Assistant or Support Worker is desirable but not essential; full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal hygiene and getting ready for bed.
• Conduct routine welfare checks during the night to ensure safety.
• Support residents with meals and hydration as required.
• Encourage safe mobilization with mobility aids and equipment.
• Provide friendship and companionship to residents.
• Maintain accurate written records and complete documentation.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to promote residents’ health and well-being.
• Assist visitors and family members as needed.
