Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal hygiene and bedtime routines.
• Complete nightly welfare checks to ensure residents are safe and well.
• Support residents to dine and stay hydrated as required.
• Encourage residents to mobilise safely around the home with aids/equipment.
• Provide friendship and companionship to residents.
• Maintain accurate and timely written records and documentation.
• Engage with the care team and answer family enquiries as needed.
