Standon House Care Home in Tamworth is recruiting Night Care Assistants to join our night team. You will support residents throughout the night, helping them feel safe, comfortable and well cared for while upholding dignity and respect.

We offer permanent contracts after a successful trial, a single workplace, comprehensive training, and development opportunities including the Care Certificate and NVQ Levels 2 & 3. A rewarding role with a well-respected local employer.

Qualifications

• Compassionate care for residents.
• Reliable and dedicated.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to work nights, weekends, and bank holidays.
• Prior care experience preferred; full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Overnight support for residents to ensure safety and comfort.
• Assist with personal care and comfort needs during night hours.
• Document observations and communicate with daytime staff.
