Job summary

Midway Care Group is recruiting Female Support Workers for night shifts in Tamworth. You will help adults with learning disabilities develop daily living skills, meet care needs, and build supportive relationships within the community. The role emphasizes choices, rights, and person-centered care with fully funded training.

We value empathy, dignity, and ethical practice. Onboarding includes DBS checks and an induction at our Acocks Green office, with travel expenses covered.

Qualifications

• Desire to work with people and make a difference in daily lives.
• Experience in caring for vulnerable adults is preferred or a strong values-driven approach.
• Willingness to work across weekdays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support people in developing and maintaining daily living skills.
• Identify and meet the care needs of individuals.
• Develop and maintain relationships with people, team members and the local community.
• Encourage personal choices in line with rights of people with a learning disability.
• Assist with defined care plans and daily activities.
