Job summary

Standon House Care Home in Tamworth is recruiting Night Care Assistants to join our night team. You will support residents throughout the night, helping them feel safe, comfortable and well cared for while upholding dignity and respect.

We offer permanent contracts after a successful trial, a single workplace, comprehensive training, and development opportunities including the Care Certificate and NVQ Levels 2 & 3. A rewarding role with a well-respected local employer.

Qualifications

About the Role

Standon House Care Home is looking for caring, reliable and hardworking individuals to join our dedicated Night Care Team.

As a Night Care Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting our residents throughout the night, ensuring they feel safe, comfortable and well cared for. You'll be part of a supportive team that is committed to providing high-quality, person-centred care while promoting dignity, independence and respect.
