Stow Healthcare is seeking a Night Care Assistant to support residents overnight. You will work 8pm to 8am, with full training provided if needed, and will be supported by a Senior Carer. This role offers paid breaks and benefits as part of a dedicated care team.

You'll help residents with personal care, meals, and daily activities while upholding a compassionate, respectful approach. Alternate weekend shifts are available, with contracted hours ensuring security.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; full training provided.
• Good level of written English.
• Good level of spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Support residents with personal care, mealtimes and activities.
• Help residents live fulfilling lives and maintain independence where possible.
• Work alternate weekends as part of contracted hours.

The skills you’ll need
