Job summary

Prime Life is seeking a compassionate Full time Night Care Assistant to join our team at Charnwood Oaks in Shepshed, Leicestershire. The role runs 8pm to 8am across a 7-day rota, delivering dignified care to residents with age-related and health needs, including dementia.

Qualifications

• Genuine caring nature and ability to support residents
• Willingness to complete required training and DBS checks
• Ability to work in a 7-day rotating night-shift pattern

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal hygiene and dressing
• Support residents to dine and maintain nutrition/hydration
• Encourage safe mobilization with mobility aids and equipment
• Provide companionship and accompany residents on social outings or appointments
• Maintain timely written records and documentation
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary team to promote residents' wellbeing
• Greet family members and assist with enquiries
