Prime Life is seeking a dedicated Night Care Assistant for full-time night shifts (8pm–8am) at Rutland Care Village, Oakham, Leicestershire. No heavy prior experience required as full training is provided; DBS is fully funded and we offer comprehensive benefits and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Genuine caring nature and compassionate approach.
• Full training provided for all duties.
• Experience as a Care Assistant or Support Worker is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal hygiene and bedtime routines.
• Conduct routine welfare checks during the night to ensure safety.
• Support residents to dine and maintain nutrition and hydration.
• Encourage safe mobility around the home with assistive devices as needed.
• Provide friendship and companionship to residents.
• Maintain accurate records and complete documentation in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team and respond to family inquiries.
