Job summary

Red Rose Care in the North West is seeking night care workers to support people in their own homes across South Ribble. You’ll provide personal care, assist with meals, medications and daily routines, and help people stay independent with dignity.

Shifts are 10pm–7am, including waking nights and sleep-ins. You’ll earn between £12.80 and £13.36 per hour, with travel time paid between visits and 45p per mile. Full induction and DBS paid, with guaranteed hours available.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Visit people in their own homes across South Ribble to provide personal care, assist with washing, dressing, toileting, medication, meals and home tasks.
• Promote independence, offer choice and build trusted relationships.
• Receive full training and shadowing until confident in duties.
