Job summary

The Orders of St John Care Trust is seeking a Night Care Leader in Melksham. You will lead a small night-time care team, monitor safety and residents’ wellbeing, and ensure care plans are reviewed and records maintained to high standards.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care or NVQ Level 2 with willingness to study for Level 3.
• Proven experience leading a carer team and delivering care with empathy.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team of carers and oversee wakeful night-time care.
• Maintain and review care plans, ensure accurate records and safety of residents.
• Manage time and resources to support residents’ wellbeing and dignity.
