Melksham Gardens, our brand-new 80-bed care home in Melksham, Wiltshire, opens in 2027. Night Care Assistants wanted to join the team from the very beginning and help establish standards, routines and a welcoming environment.

As part of the night team you’ll support daily routines, personal care, and respond with kindness. This permanent role offers full-time hours, enhanced weekend pay, and a comprehensive induction.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a care setting.
• Ability to work night shifts and respond calmly to residents’ needs.
• Commitment to person-centred care and residents’ dignity.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, person-centred care for residents overnight.
• Assist with daily routines and personal care as needed.
• Support residents to rest peacefully and feel safe throughout the night.
