Job summary

Midway Care Group is recruiting for Support Workers - Days in Tamworth, offering 35 hours per week with driver requirement. You will help adults with learning disabilities with daily living skills, personal care, and community involvement, while following care plans and upholding rights and dignity.

We provide above-National Living Wage rates, comprehensive training, and access to BUPA 24/7 EAP. Successful applicants undergo screening and onboarding with travel to Acocks Green for induction.

Qualifications

• A desire to work with people and make a difference in their daily lives.
• Experience in caring or working with a venerable adult.
• Fully flexible with weekdays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• supporting people in developing and maintaining daily living skills.
• identifying and meeting the needs of those we care for.
• developing and maintaining relationships with people, team members and the local community.
