Job summary

Midway Care Group is hiring a Female Support Worker for night shifts in Tamworth. This full-time role requires drivers with a car to enable access to service users across locations.

You will support people with learning disabilities and help develop daily living skills within defined care plans. We offer rates above the National Living Wage, fully funded training, and access to BUPA 24/7 Employee Assistance Programme.

Qualifications

• A desire to work with people and make a difference in their daily lives.
• Experience in caring or working with a venerable adult.

Responsibilities

• I will be supporting people in developing and maintaining daily living skills.
• I will be identifying and meeting the needs of those we care for.
• I will be developing and maintaining relationships with people, team members and the local community.
• I will be positively encouraging choices in keeping with the rights of people with a Learning Disability.
• I will be participating and assisting with defined care plans encouraging individuals to take an active role in all aspects of daily living.
