Typical shifts are Monday to Sunday 07:30–19:30 with nights as required. The role pays £13.56 per hour, with enhanced pay for evenings and weekends, overtime rates, and a range of staff benefits. DBS checks and training are provided, with opportunities for progression within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Experience in care settings and with complex needs is beneficial.
• Ability to support personal care and bedtime routines.
