Qualifications

• All colleagues are required to attend safeguarding training appropriate to their role.

Responsibilities

• Support the physical, emotional and social wellbeing of residents.
• Provide personal care including washing, dressing, hygiene and meals.
• Assist with daily activities in the home.
• Recognise safeguarding signs and report concerns.
