Job summary

HC-One is seeking a Care Assistant for full-time night shifts (33 hours/week). Working under a Registered Nurse, you’ll support residents with personal care, meals, and daily activities, helping them live with dignity and purpose.

You’ll contribute to safeguarding, observe residents’ wellbeing, and participate in ongoing training within a caring, inclusive team. HC-One emphasises values and digital care planning to improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• Enthusiastic and committed Care Assistant with a caring approach.
• Willing to work under the guidance of a Registered Nurse.
• Able to support personal care including washing, dressing, hygiene and meals.
• Observant with safeguarding awareness and a readiness to undertake required training.

Responsibilities

• Support the physical, emotional and social wellbeing of residents.
• Assist with daily activities and personal care, including meals and hygiene.
• Help residents maintain dignity and individuality and respond with compassion.
