Quantum Care invites applications for a Night Care Assistant at our Dukeminster Court home. This role is based in a modern 75-bed facility in Dunstable, offering compassionate, person-centred care and support during night hours. Training will be provided to help you deliver high-quality care with dignity.

You will join a dedicated team that values residents’ independence and safety, with shifts including weekends and evenings. 18+ and a willingness to learn are required.

Qualifications

• Must be a caring, patient person with positive attitude.
• Excellent communication skills with residents, families and colleagues.
• Training will be provided; willingness to obtain Level 2 Health & Social Care diploma.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support (washing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Assist with meals, hydration and nutritional care.
• Support residents with daily activities to promote independence.
• Build positive relationships with residents, families and colleagues.
• Follow individual care plans and work as part of a team.
• Ensure residents are safe and comfortable during night shifts.
