Job summary
Quantum Care's Riverside Lodge Care Home in Rickmansworth is seeking a Night Care Assistant to provide compassionate, person-centred care during the night shift, supporting residents with dignity and respect. This full-time role is 30 hours per week with weekday night pay of £14.14 and weekend pay of £15.14 per hour, and includes shift work from 9.30pm to 7.30am.
Training is provided and applicants must be 18 or over; the home offers a welcoming team, modern facilities and a commitment to making
Qualifications
- No previous care experience required; training provided.
- Willingness to work nights, weekends and evenings.
- 18 years or older to apply.
- Commitment to dignity and person-centred care.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care, including washing, dressing, grooming and toileting.
- Support residents with meals, hydration and nutrition.
- Promote independence and engage residents in daily activities.
- Follow individual care plans and work as part of a team.
- Ensure residents are safe and comfortable during the night.
