Oakland Care is seeking a Night Care Assistant in Chigwell to provide compassionate support to residents during the night. You will assist with personal care, mobility, and daily routines, while monitoring safety and comfort.

Qualifications

• Compassionate and caring with a can-do attitude.
• Experience as Healthcare Assistant/Support Worker advantageous but not required.
• Able to work night shifts and stay patient-focused.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent night-time care and support to residents.
• Assist with mobility, comfort and safety needs.
• Carry out regular checks and respond to night-time needs.
• Keep accurate records and communicate effectively.
• Create a calm, reassuring environment for residents.
