Oakland Care is seeking a dedicated Night Care Assistant to support residents during the night, ensuring their comfort, safety and wellbeing. You will help with personal care activities and respond to nocturnal needs with empathy and professionalism.

Training is provided. The role requires a compassionate, reliable team player who can work independently while maintaining excellent records and communication with the night team.

Qualifications

• Be a compassionate and caring person.

• Experience as Healthcare Assistant/Support Worker is advantageous.
