Job summary

Oakland Care in Swanley is seeking a caring Night Care Assistant to join our team at Birchwood Heights. You will support residents with personal care, mobility, and night-time needs, ensuring comfort and safety throughout the shift.

The role is permanent, full-time, 40.25 hours per week, with a pay rate of £13.20 per hour. Training is provided, and we value compassion, reliability, and teamwork in delivering exceptional rounds and daily wellbeing.

Qualifications

• A can-do attitude.
• Be a compassionate and caring person.
• Be a true team player.
• Experience as Healthcare Assistant/Support Worker is advantageous but training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent care and support to residents during the night.
• Assist with mobility, comfort and safety needs.
• Carry out regular checks and respond to night-time requirements.
• Keep accurate records and communicate effectively.
• Maintain a calm, reassuring environment for residents.
