Job summary

HC-One is seeking a caring Care Assistant to join our dementia, nursing, residential and specialist care homes. You’ll support residents’ physical and emotional wellbeing under the guidance of a Registered Nurse, helping with personal care, meals and daily activities.

We offer both full-time (38.5h/week) and part-time (24.5h/week) roles, with a late shift pattern. You’ll contribute to compassionate, person-centred care and uphold safeguarding and wellbeing at all times.

Responsibilities

• Support the physical, emotional and social wellbeing of residents.
• Assist with personal care and daily activities in the home.
