Job summary

HC-One is seeking a part-time Care Assistant in a residential care setting. Working 22 hours per week, you will support residents under the guidance of a Registered Nurse, helping with personal care, meals and daily activities with dignity and respect.

You will contribute to residents' physical, emotional and social wellbeing while safeguarding residents and upholding HC-One's values of kindness and compassion across every interaction.

Qualifications

• Ability to work under guidance of a Registered Nurse.
• Previous care experience preferred but not required.
• Commitment to resident wellbeing.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care: washing, dressing, hygiene and meals.
• Support physical, emotional and social wellbeing of residents.
• Help with daily activities in the home.
