Job summary

HC-One Ltd. is seeking a compassionate Care Assistant for a part-time role with four 5.5-hour shifts weekly, from 7.30am to 1.30pm. Working under a Registered Nurse, you’ll support residents’ physical, emotional and social wellbeing, assisting with daily living tasks and personal care.

You’ll help residents maintain dignity and independence, contribute to safeguarding, and participate in development opportunities within a welcoming HC-One team culture.

Responsibilities

• Support residents' physical, emotional and social wellbeing under the guidance of a Registered Nurse.
• Assist with personal care including washing, dressing, hygiene and meals, and help with daily activities in the home.
• Deliver care with kindness and respect, safeguarding residents and reporting concerns as required.
