Job summary

Agincare Fulford Care & Nursing Home in Littlehampton is hiring a Care Assistant to provide high‑quality personal care and daily living support. No prior care experience is required; full training is provided to help you grow within the role.

You’ll work 36 hours per week with alternating weekends, across day and night shifts. We offer funded training up to QCF Level 5, a refer‑a‑friend reward, and an employer pension to support your career in care.

Qualifications

• No experience required; full training provided.
• Compassionate, patient and great with people.
• Minimum 12 months right to work in the UK; sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality personal care and support to residents.
• Assist with medication administration and recording.
• Support residents with daily living activities and routines.
• Build meaningful relationships and provide companionship.
• Help enrich residents' lives through activities, hobbies, and social engagement.
• Promote residents' dignity, independence, and well-being.
